Kenji, Katherine, and Ka were the best tour guides!!! Exploring Korea was so much more fun with them! We learned so much and went to places we didn't know about or otherwise would not have checked out on our own. They kept the tour running smoothly and addressed any concerns as they popped up. They managed the whole process from end-to-end with excellence. We would highly recommend you take a trip with Kenji and Goodmate! You might even get to experience the Korean sauna with Kenji ;)

Our Jeju Island tour was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend GoodMate Travel to anyone visiting the island. From the moment the tour began, everything was perfectly organized and stress-free. Our guide, Angela, was very friendly and knowledgeable, sharing fascinating information about Jeju’s history, culture, and natural beauty. Since our tour guide was from Jeju, she also shared some beautiful stories of her childhood, family, and community.
We visited many of Jeju’s most beautiful attractions, including scenic coastal views, volcanic landscapes, and charming local spots. The itinerary was well-balanced, giving us enough time to enjoy each destination without feeling rushed. Transportation was comfortable, and the entire trip ran smoothly.
What impressed me the most was the professionalism and attention to detail shown by the team. They made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience throughout the day. Thanks to their excellent service, we were able to fully appreciate the beauty of Jeju Island and create wonderful memories.
If you're planning a trip to Jeju Island, I highly recommend booking with Goodmate Travel. It was truly one of the highlights of my visit to South Korea, and I would gladly travel with them again.

Jeju Island was wonderful! Experiencing it with Goodmate made it even better. Angella, our guide, was the best! Our small group had amazing people! The sights were beautiful and the food was super delicious! We also spent time with Jae and that was a treat. It was truly an unforgettable trip!

I had a lovely time getting to meet so many wonderful people. I enjoyed the variety of activities we were able to get up to and the chance to learn more about Korean culture. I appreciate our amazing guides Eundam and Soraya who kindly answered all our questions and made our trip unforgettable, even beyond their roles. Thank you to all who helped put this together!

I think the overall trip was nice and the tour guides were great. I will say though that this was not what I had expected. I expected this to be an art retreat. But it felt more like a typical tourist trip. I had thought that there would be teaching and that we would have more time to draw. I talked to one of the tour guides about this, and she said that they hadn’t prioritised time to draw, because they thought we would be bored. But I think everyone who enjoys drawing would agree that one doesn’t get bored when drawing. I feel like the organiser on this trip didn’t have in mind that this trip was for artists. I think the trip has been a great social experience. I just wanted more of a learning experience.

💜 I had a wonderful time with Goodmate Travel on my first trip to Korea. I went on the "BTS Tour with Kenji" and it was great to meet fellow BTS ARMY of all ages and nice to not have to plan or worry about a thing! We traveled to multiple cities to locations where BTS shot album covers, BTS members' ate at, HYBE hq, etc., and more, including karaoke. Busan was my favorite location because it is a beautiful city on the coast. It is where Jimin's dad's cafe is - his dad happened to be there and we got to shake his dad's hand! Thank you to Sarah, Jimin, Minjae, Jae, and all of Goodmate Travel for researching and thoughtfully preparing the tour/answering questions; to Kenji for hosting and insight, as well; to the experienced bus driver; the tour guides at Gyeongju and Gwangjang Market; and the tour guide and photographer at Gyeongbokgung Palace. The tour guide at Gyeongju took the time to tailor the regular tour to specifically note places of interest for BTS ARMY! The luxury bus had a big screen tv to view BTS content and it had a great sound system. There is a lot of walking, uneven terrain, and stairs but you can let Goodmate Travel know your abilities and modify accordingly. The same goes for food restrictions/preferences which is appreciated. There is an itinerary with options for some free time so you don't have to partake in everything if you are too tired, etc, and we even went to locations outside of the itinerary based on tour attendees' recommendations. Recommend Goodmate Travel and would choose them again on other tours they offer and even the same tour, again. 💜
